We have always had the freshest meals and superb service, so the reviews claiming pre-prepared or otherwise frozen meals are bold faced lies! I’ve been to Thailand; Mina’s is a cut above, and you won’t be disappointed!

Do yourself a favor; disregard the anonymous reviews that depict this restaurant as being less than authentic – the menu is very flexible when it comes to curry. Mrs. Mina is very personable and has always loved seeing our one and a half year old wh

not at all a family friendly restaurant. rude to families with infants and tots and went out of their way to give bad service.

Mina's Thai is the best Asian food I've ever had in my life. After my dinner, Mina showed me a picture of her in her garden, where she grows and picks the fresh herbs she uses everyday in her food preparation. I highly recommend Mina's Thai 1000%!

Their Pad Thai was a huge glob of pre-cooked, re-heated noodles, with a small amount of vegetables, and totally devoid of taste--a far cry from anything resembling restaurant food.

I noticed Mina's while going to the Bear Canyon library which is in the same plaza at River and Craycroft and made a mental note to try it sometime.

The restaurant is a small (about a dozen tables), tidy and clean establishment.

The vegetarian eggrolls were tasty and light and came with a sweet and sour sauce with peanuts. We tried two entrees - a chicken dish with peanut sauce and a beef/broccoli dish and enjoyed them both.

Mina's is definitely worth a visit.

Not only do they make the best egg rolls but their cashew chicken is awesome and so is there selection of Curry. If you want some good, non-greasy Tai food, Mina's is the place to go.
